Privacy notice for the founder-interest form

TriFlow collects the name, email address, selected founder path, optional area of interest, consent status, submission time, and a one-way technical hash used for basic abuse prevention. Do not use the form to submit diagnoses, medical records, medications, laboratory results, glucose readings, or other sensitive health information.

Purpose

The information is used to manage the founder-interest list, send requested launch communications, understand general program interest, and prevent form abuse. It should not be used for unrelated advertising or sold as personal health information.

Storage and access

The included demonstration handler stores submissions in a server-side CSV file within a protected directory and may send an email notification to the site owner. The hosting account must be secured, and the storage directory must be verified as inaccessible from the public web.

Your choices

Founder communications must include a practical unsubscribe method. Requests to access, correct, or remove founder-list information should be directed to the contact address established by TriFlow before public launch.

Pre-launch terms

This website describes a product and founder program in development. Concept previews are illustrative. Capabilities, appearance, timing, pricing, and roadmap priorities may change.

Joining the founder-interest list does not create a purchase, subscription, investment, ownership interest, employment relationship, or guarantee of product access. Payments are not accepted through this prototype.

Before any paid program opens, TriFlow should publish binding Founder Program Terms describing immediate deliverables, billing, renewal or cancellation, refunds, access duration, fair-use limits, third-party costs, program changes, intellectual property, dispute terms, and what happens if development is delayed or discontinued.

Health and wellness disclaimer

TriFlow is intended to provide educational wellness information, planning tools, and decision support. It is not a medical provider and does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, determine medication timing, or replace a physician, pharmacist, registered dietitian, emergency service, or other qualified professional.

Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of content presented by TriFlow. Seek emergency assistance for urgent or life-threatening concerns. Product features involving health information remain planned or exploratory unless clearly labeled as available.

Accessibility statement

TriFlow is being designed with accessibility as a product requirement. This prototype includes semantic structure, keyboard focus indicators, reduced-motion support, responsive layouts, labeled controls, and accessible form feedback.

Before public launch, the site should be tested against WCAG 2.2 Level AA using automated tools, keyboard-only review, screen-reader testing, zoom and reflow testing, and color-contrast verification. An accessibility contact and response process should also be published.
